one toilet-paper tube or another paper tube for each cracker
crepe or tissue paper
ribbon
transparent sticky tape
prizes, small toys to fit inside each tube
fortunes written on strips of paper
stickers or sparkles

1. PLace the paper tube at the narrow end of the crepe or tissue paper.

2. Insert a prize, plus a fortune.

3. Wrap teh tube by rolling it the paper around it.

4. When it's completely rolled, seal the seam with transparent sticky tape.

5. Tie each end with a piece of ribbon.

6. To make them look more decorative add stickers or sparkles.
